JBG Endura Races is the brainchild of the collaboration between Jai Balaji Group and Sportiz, two powerful names in the world of sports and event management. SPORTIZ is a sports events management company that specializes in event planning, production, and management, offering services for marathons, athletic events, cycling races, and corporate sports activities in Kolkata, West Bengal. We handle everything from route permissions and registrations to course management and promotion, using both modern and traditional media. By collaborating with local running clubs and officials, Sportiz ensures seamless, high-quality experiences for participants and spectators, making every event a memorable one.Together, we are revolutionizing India’s ultra-running segment, one race at a time. His leadership played a key role in turning JBG Endura Races into a meaningful experience.

Nishant Maheshwari

Director, Sportiz

The driving force of the JBG Endura Races, Nishant combines his entrepreneurial expertise with a lifelong passion for sports. As the founder of Sportiz, he brings over a decade of experience in organizing athletic events across India. His vision was to create a race that’s raw, spiritual, and deeply challenging, now brought to life through JBG Endura Races.

Shraddha Mehta

HOD – Operations & Digital

Precision, patience, and purpose – that’s what Shraddha brings to the table. With roots in education and a passion for barefoot running, she ensures that every aspect of the race is flawlessly executed with thoughtful planning and an eye for detail. From ground-level operations to digital presence, Shraddha is the force behind the seamless experience that participants enjoy both on and off the trail.

Sudip Ghosh

Operations and Production Lead

A seasoned long-distance runner and event coordinator, Sudip has participated in nearly every major marathon across India, including multiple ultramarathons. With over 7–8 years of experience on the circuit, he brings an insider’s perspective to race planning and logistics. His passion for running is matched only by his commitment to helping others conquer the miles.

Dharmesh Verma

Race Director – Aravalli Ultra

A name well-known in India’s endurance running circles, Dharmesh is an athlete who leads by example. He completed the grueling LA Ultra 111K and stood on the podium at the 100 Mile Border Ultra. His efforts have been recognized with the Star Sports Believe Hero Award and entries in both national and world record books. His leadership brings soul, strength, and authenticity to JBG Endura Races.

Avisek Tunga

Race Director – JBG Goechala Trail Ultra

Avisek Tunga has pursued endurance in running, cycling, triathlon, and Himalayan expeditions with passion and consistency. He has tested limits across mountains and trails, completing many trail and mountain ultra races while continuously exploring new possibilities in Exploration and Ultra Marathons.
