Sportiz Pvt Ltd, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors make no representations or warranties that:
- (a) the Service will meet your requirements;
- (b) the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
- (c) the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;
- (d) the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials purchased or obtained through the Service will meet your expectations; or
- (e) any errors in the software will be corrected within a specific timeframe.
- (f) In the unlikely event, that the JBG Kolkata Marathon is cancelled or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of the organisers—including but not limited to natural calamities, extreme weather conditions, pandemics, governmental or authority-imposed restrictions, state law and order situations, terrorist threats or attacks, or any other force majeure event—the organising committee, sponsors, partners, vendors, and any associated brands shall not be liable to refund the participant registration fees.By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy and accept that the registration fee is non-refundable under such circumstances.
Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Service is done at your own discretion and risk, and you shall be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or loss of data resulting from the download of any such material.
No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from Sportiz Pvt Ltd or through the Service shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
